This is an adjustable height metal skeleton stand. Designed for handing the skeleton from the top, the hook or look of the skeleton would lie in the notch on the metal arm.

There is a tightening bolt on the main frame which clamps the sliding top part of the stand. There is no name on this to show which company originally supplied it.
