Antique real human un-matched cranium medical specimen.
This cranium came with a collection of bones that belonged to a doctor. There was also the lower half of a skull in the collection but this cranium does not match the skull. It has obviously become separated from the rest of the skull at some stage in the past. The pins that would have held the cranium to the skull are still in place.
The cranium is in good condition with no chips, cracks or breaks and has a nice deep colour indicative of the age of this specimen. There is what appears to be a stain on the back of the cranium, almost like it has been resting in dirty water. This could be bleached out, but it is all part of the cranium history.
