old medical partial real human skull
It is a shame that this one is only a partial skull as it is quite unusual in the way that the cranium has been cut. As you can see from the photos, the cut is not smooth and rises to a point on the parietals following the line of the occipital.
The skull is a nice bone colour but is missing the cranium and the mandible. There are also only two teeth left, one 2nd bicuspid and one third molar (erupting). The holes where the pins that the jaw springs attached to and the hooks for the cranium have been filled with a white filler compound. The skull also has a few discoloured brown patches, especially around the filled holes. I don't know what this is or where it came from but I would imagine it would reduce with bleach if necessary.
