Fossilised mammoth tooth / molar section paperweight / bookend

This is a really nice looking and a very tactile item. 

It is a section of a mammoth tooth which has been cut to show the detail of the inside of the tooth and roots. The detail on the end is fascinating.

The tooth is fully mineralised / fossilised and now feels like a piece of stone.

The tooth weighs 720g and measures 13.cm x 4.1cm x 9cm.
