Real human jawbone/ mandible medical specimen

Here is a medically prepared real human jawbone. This example was in a collection of bones from a medical school. It would have been part of a complete skull as the springs to articulate it are still present. Unfortunately, over the years they must have become separated.

This one still has 10 teeth remaining in the mandible although some of those have dried and split over the years. The mandible has broken and been repaired at some time as can be seen in the photos.
