Woolly Mammoth thoracic vertebra

Large and impressive woolly mammoth thoracic vertebra. Unfortunately this is not intact as it is missing the dorsal processes as you can see in the photos. It is still an impressive fossil having been found on the seabed in the North sea. It has a nice colour and is a really tactile object. Incidentally, it is also making a great paperweight at the moment.
